about My process:
I. Introduction
Every great wedding story starts with understanding your vision. We’ll talk through what matters most to you, your timeline, and the moments you want to remember forever. I’ll share sample timelines, expert guidance, and a customized proposal that fits your day. A 20% retainer secures your date so you can check “photographer” off your list!
II. Engagement Session
Think of this as a relaxed, fun opportunity for us to connect before the wedding day. During our 90min session, you’ll get comfortable in front of the camera while we create meaningful, authentic images that feel like you. By the time the wedding arrives, you’ll feel like you’re being photographed by a friend.
III. Consultation
A few weeks before the big day, we’ll sit down and walk through everything including: timeline, lighting considerations, family dynamics, meaningful details, and the flow of your celebration. My goal is to ensure you feel fully prepared and supported, long before I pick up the camera.
Iv. Wedding Day
I’ll arrive early to scout locations, meet your family, and blend seamlessly into the celebration. My role is not only to document the day, but to help make it feel even more enjoyable.
v. Final Gallery
Within 4–6 weeks, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery filled with the images that tell the complete story of your day. Each photo is hand-edited for color, clarity, and emotion, and delivered in a way that makes reliving your wedding effortless. (Signature Collection couples also receive a 3-day sneak peek to revisit the highlights)
Vi. Wedding Albums
Included in the Classic and Signature Collections, your custom-designed layflat album transforms your photographs into a timeless heirloom. Together, we’ll choose the images, refine the layout, and create a piece that will be cherished for generations.
FAQ
Are there any additional fees beyond the list price of each collection?
Nope! The prices you see are the only costs you'll be billed for. I do not charge for travel (within 2 hour drive of Philly) and taxes have already been included.
Will there be a second shooter?
A second shooter is always an option and depending on your venue and the number of guests, it may be recommended. Things to consider: Will you have more than 150 guests? Will the bride and groom be getting ready at the same location? I work with several professional photographers to ensure my clients get nothing less than the best. An additional fee ($100/hr) will be applicable for each additional photographer.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
I totally understand. Sometimes it's tough to know when the fun will come to an end. I'm always happy to extend my stay at an hourly rate of $250/hr
Do you shoot destination weddings?
I love to travel! If you plan to have a destination wedding, please be sure to reach out as soon as possible to ensure my availability. We'll put together a plan tailored to your itinerary and I'll provide you with a detailed quote.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Absolutely not. I offer print ordering services to all of my clients, however I do not require it. All clients will be provided a copyright release, which allows you to use your photos however you'd like, without asking permission. That includes both social media and printing.
